How
discreet is your filming?
Alto-Media aim to capture the day as naturally as possible,
so this often means standing back from the action and using
the zoom on the camera. Unless specially requested, we don’t
ask anything of you apart from that you enjoy yourselves.

 |
What
duration will my wedding video be?
As a professional team, Alto-Media do not make 2-3 hour
long epic wedding videos. Your wedding video should be
lively, entertaining and fun for all to watch. We believe
that an hour long programme is normally the right duration
depending on your chosen package. |
 |
How
soon after the wedding will I receive the Video?
We normally deliver the DVD within four weeks of your
Wedding day. Although during peak seasons (i.e. summer
months) we can be put back to six weeks. Remember that
we can only start editing if we have everything such as
your specific music choice and photos. |
 |
Can
we order extra copies after the wedding has taken place?
Yes, you can order extra copies of the video
before or after the Wedding. Alto-Media keep digital hard
copies of every project undertaken.

Is
it possible for my old footage to be authored onto DVD?
At alto-media we can transfer a variety of different
tape formats of any occasion on to DVD with or without
digital editing as required. Please contact
us to discuss your requirements. |
 |
Do
you provide the raw unedited footage?
Alto-Media can provide any raw footage you may
require, such as audio CD’s of the wedding ceremony.
This service would incur an extra cost. |
 |
Can
I have my own choice of music?
Yes, we always ask you to choose your own music
as it’s your special day and it makes it more personal.
All we ask is that you inform us of any special music
requests before the wedding date.
|
 |
What
about music Copyright?
Because of our high standards of production, Alto-Media
always use commercial music within our video productions
instead of copyright free music. Unlike many of our competitors,
Alto-Media does NOT charge extra for a copyright licence.
|
 |
How
far in advance should I book?
Alto-Media advice you to try and book your wedding
videographer at least a year in advance to avoid any disappointment.
